Too often I used to find myself scanning a Notebook for a particular Note only to find it in another Notebook altogether. when creating a Note, it’s obvious which one it fits into. TIP: When setting up your Notebooks, make them mutually exclusive i.e. My Evernote account contains the following Notebooks: My Notebooks often change and I’ll add, delete or merge Notebooks to keep projects organised. When you have the right Notebook setup, it becomes easier to find previous notes and switch between different projects. Setting up the right structures in Evernote is essential for staying organised.
